**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**: Conduct on-the-job training sessions on various aspects of mutual funds, including product knowledge, asset classes, investment strategies, market trends, and portfolio management.
- **Training Program Development**: Create, update, and refine training modules, materials, and resources based on business needs, product updates, and regulatory changes.
- **Content Expertise**: Maintain a high level of expertise in mutual fund products, market trends, regulatory frameworks, and financial planning tools.
- **Assessments and Feedback**: Develop and administer training assessments to evaluate participant understanding and provide feedback for improvement.
- **Participant Engagement**: Foster an engaging learning environment through interactive training techniques and real-world examples.
- **Compliance and Regulation Awareness**: Ensure all training content is up-to-date with the latest financial regulations, including SEBI guidelines, tax laws, and compliance standards.
- **Market Insights**: Stay abreast of the latest trends in the mutual fund industry and incorporate relevant information into training sessions.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and training outcomes.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to identify training needs and ensure alignment of training goals with business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the mutual fund industry, with at least 2 years of training or teaching experience.
- Knowledge of industry regulations (e.g., SEBI) and compliance standards.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and inspire participants.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or other relevant certifications in finance is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
