**Your tasks**:
Provides on the job coaching and support in the defined process.
- Ensures operators on the job training / coaching and fills in specific documentation
- Identifies operators' training needs
- Prepares training packages for production
- Participates to the operators’ evaluation/appraisal
- Maintains and updates skills matrix / employee qualification data
- Maintains correct and up to date records on employee qualifcation / re assessments
- Interfaces with HR department for training updates / new initiatives and data transfer
- Performs duties in accordance with skill matrix
- Performs required ""Ok to Start"" procedure at start of shift
