Job Description: Senior AI Trainer & Developer (C# .NET)Location: Chennai, India Position: Full-timeWe are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior AI Trainer & Developer to join our team. You'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and integrating cutting-edge AI functionalities into our flagship 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM) desktop application. If you're passionate about building intelligent systems that can revolutionize the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you 🤖🏗️## ResponsibilitiesAI Feature Development: Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models to add new intelligent features to our 3D BIM desktop application. This includes areas like generative design, predictive analysis, object recognition from point clouds, and automated model checking.C# .NET Integration: Integrate Python-based AI models and algorithms seamlessly into our existing C# .NET application framework. You'll be responsible for building robust APIs and data pipelines between the AI engine and the core application.Model Training & Optimization: Train, fine-tune, and optimize ML/DL models using large-scale BIM datasets. Ensure models are efficient, accurate, and performant for a desktop environment.Technical Training & Mentorship: Develop training materials, documentation, and tutorials for our internal teams and external users on how to effectively use the new AI features. Mentor junior developers and act as a subject matter expert on AI within the company.Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and computer vision, particularly as they apply to the AEC industry. Propose and prototype new AI-driven solutions to solve complex industry challenges.## Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML development.Programming Languages:Expert proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework (or .NET Core/.NET 5+).Strong proficiency in Python for machine learning.AI/ML Frameworks: Hands-on experience with major ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.Software Architecture: Proven experience in integrating diverse systems and building robust, scalable software solutions.Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges independently.## Preferred QualificationsExperience with 3D graphics programming (e.g., OpenGL, DirectX, WebGL) or working with 3D geometry.Direct experience with BIM software (like Revit, ArchiCAD) or familiarity with AEC industry standards (e.g., IFC).Knowledge or experience designing and implementing data flywheels to create self-improving AI systems.Experience with ML libraries for the .NET ecosystem, such as ML.NET or Accord.NET.Knowledge of MLOps principles and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud for model training and deployment.Interested persons may send CV to hr@viskartech.com
