**Responsibilities**:
**1. Inventory Management**:
i. Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock counts and reporting

errors.

ii. Track inventory movements, identifying low-stock or expiry inventory and

communicating findings to the team/management.

iii. Implement efficient inventory management practices to optimize stock levels and

reduce holding costs.

**2. Database Management**:
i. Create and maintain a comprehensive database of inward and outward inventory

movements.

ii. Regularly update the database to reflect real-time stock levels, ensuring accuracy in

reporting and decision-making.

**3. Stock Ordering**:
i. Collaborate with the management team to analyze stock levels and forecast demand.

ii. Place orders for new stocks based on discussions with the management, ensuring timely

replenishment to meet customer demands.

**4. Logistics Management**:
i. Stay informed about logistics updates, tracking parcels for incoming stock.

ii. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to

customers.

iii. Resolve logistics issues promptly to minimize delays and disruptions in the supply chain.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in stock and logistics management, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams, management, and external partners.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
