Role OverviewWe’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to support our Director in managing day-to-day operations, tracking performance, and driving business efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating across teams, analysing data, and ensuring that every project moves smoothly from plan to execution.You’ll play a key role in CRM lead management and distribution, data analytics, resource optimization, and result tracking across multiple parameters, while also assisting the Director in strategic planning and follow-ups.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Director in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth business processes.Coordinate with internal teams to track task progress and drive timely execution.Lead CRM lead management including lead allocation, tracking, and performance analytics.Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and insights for management review.Monitor results and KPIs across multiple parameters to identify improvement areas.Support in refining processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and client satisfaction.Manage communication between the Director and business teams for seamless coordination.Handle confidential data and provide high-level administrative and operational support.What we’re looking forStrong communication and coordination skills.Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and data analytics.Excellent follow-up, organization, and multitasking abilities.A proactive mindset with attention to detail and accountability.Prior experience in operations, sales coordination, or executive support is preferred.Why Join Us?Work directly with leadership on key business decisions.Gain exposure to cross-departmental operations and strategic growth initiatives.Opportunity to make a measurable impact in a fast-growing organization.
