**Job Title**: Operations Executive

**Location**: Indore, Nipania Skye Luxuria

**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Job Type**: Full-Time

As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our daily operations. You will work closely with various departments to implement strategies that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure the smooth functioning of business activities. Your role will involve overseeing operational workflows, managing resources, and supporting the team in achieving organizational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient workflow across all departments.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with different departments to align operational strategies with company objectives.
- Assist in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and finding cost-effective solutions to operational challenges.
- Support, train, and guide the operations team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Handle vendor relationships, procurement processes, and supply chain management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management.
- Implement and support operational projects and initiatives to contribute to business growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in an operations role or similar capacity.
- Understanding of operational processes and best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance/operations metrics.
- Ability to support and motivate a team while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with project management software and operational tools.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
