Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Database Management**:

- Create and maintain a comprehensive database of inward and outward inventory movements.
- Regularly update the database to reflect real-time stock levels, ensuring accuracy in reporting and decision-making.

**2. Stock Ordering**:

- Collaborate with the management team to analyze stock levels and forecast demand.
- Place orders for new stock based on discussions with the management, ensuring timely replenishment to meet customer demands.

**3. Logistics Management**:

- Stay informed about logistics updates, tracking parcels for incoming stock.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Resolve logistics issues promptly to minimize delays and disruptions in the supply chain.

**4. Order Fulfillment**:

- Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of products to customers.
- Work closely with the packing team to ensure all items are packaged according to standards and meet customer expectations.
- Monitor order statuses and handle any order-related queries or issues, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in stock and logistics management, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams, management, and external partners.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Application Process:

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Indrapuri, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
