We are looking for a JIRA Administrator to join our Agile Framework tools team in India. This is an amazing opportunity to work on (Atlassian Product including DC/Cloud). We have a great skill set in nourishing Agile values and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in Jira/Confluence administration.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- JIRA workflow design to accommodate company-wide evolving agile practices.
- Coaching and training of product development teams to get the most out of JIRA
- Documenting practices to facilitate self-service approach
- Evaluation and testing of JIRA and plugins upgrades
- Optimizing flow for continuous delivery
- Setting up integrations between JIRA and other SDLC tools
- Customizing JIRA including custom fields, field configuration scheme, custom screens, screen schemes, automation, permission schemes
- Confluence configuration and administration
- Education (M.C.A./ B.E. or B.Tech. (in computer engineering or technical) from educational institution is highly desirable)

It would be great if you also had...
- Fluency in agile in general and scrum in particular
- Deep knowledge of JIRA workflows, fields, and other configuration items
- Experience with Script Runner plugin for JIRA automation
- Programming experience (Groovy/Python)
- JIRA consolidation and migration experience is highly desired
- Confluence administration experience
- Experience with Jira & Salesforce integration

Hours of Work
- 40 hours per week, permanent full-time position depending upon business needs.
