**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- JIRA Administration:
o Configure and manage JIRA projects, workflows, permissions, and schemes.

o Customize JIRA to meet the specific needs of different teams and projects.

o Perform regular audits and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.
- JIRA Service Management (JSM):
o Set up and manage JSM projects, queues, SLAs, and automation rules.

o Provide support and training to users on JSM functionalities.

o Monitor and improve service desk performance and user satisfaction.
- Confluence Administration:
o Manage Confluence spaces, pages, templates, and permissions.

o Ensure proper integration between Confluence and JIRA.

o Provide support and training to users on Confluence best practices.
- User Support and Training:
o Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to JIRA, JSM, and Confluence.

o Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help users effectively utilize these tools.
- Integration and Automation:
o Implement and manage integrations with other tools and systems.

o Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Reporting and Analytics:
o Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into project and service desk performance.

o Create dashboards and custom reports to meet the needs of different stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in JIRA, JIRA Service Management, and Confluence administration.
- Strong understanding of JIRA workflows, schemes, and customizations.
- Experience with JIRA plugins and add-ons.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Certification in JIRA Administration or related fields.
