**Job overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation & Sales : Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar sector, including residential, commercial and industrial clients.
- Client Engagement : Conduct site visits to assess customers solar energy needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Proposal & Negotiation : Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Project Coordination : Collaborate with the project execution team to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Market Analysis : Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Customer Support : Provide after-sales support and address any customer concerns or issues promptly.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Education : Bachelor's degree
- Experience : Minimum 2 years of sales experience; prior experience in the solar industry is advantageous.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Knowledge : Basic understanding of solar energy systems and products.
- Languages : Proficiency in English and Malayalam.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.

**Work Details**:

- Working Days : Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours : 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

**Salary**:

- ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (fixed) + performance-based incentives+ Travel/ fuel expenses.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
