Job Title: Healthcare Sales Executive Overview: As a Healthcare Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling healthcare products or services to healthcare facilities, medical professionals, and other relevant stakeholders. Your primary goal will be to increase revenue by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. This role requires a deep understanding of the health care industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:1. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
2. Conduct thorough research to understand the needs, challenges, and priorities of potential clients, and tailor sales presentations and proposals accordingly.
3. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the client.
4. Provide on-going support and assistance to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
5. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company, and provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
1. Higher Secondary/Graduation preferred.
2. Proven track record of success in healthcare sales experience in a similar role. Fresher’s looking out for career opportunities are also welcome.
3. Strong sales acumen, with excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and colleagues.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
7. Goal-oriented mindset, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
.8. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
