**OVERVIEW**

We are looking for a Program Associate to interface with our clients, pursue strategic partnerships, and shape our brand identity.

Location: Must be based in Mumbai

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identifying growth, expansion, and collaboration opportunities
- Working with leadership and management on organizational strategy, including program design, partnership and business development, and client management.
- Collaborating with students from brainstorming to final edits, ensuring a seamless process.
- Building strong relationships with students, enabling the identification of unique strengths and qualities.
- Delivering high-quality client services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strategizing and facilitating partnerships to increase our footprint.
- Tracking similar firms and staying on top of new ideas and services in the education space.
- Structuring curricula for interactive workshops, writing engaging articles for our newsletter, creating content, designing social media posts etc
- Working collaboratively with our founder to articulate our business’ ethos through multiple collaterals and verticals, crafting an end-to-end offline and digital engagement strategy to best connect with our audience.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- A Bachelor's degree with exposure to the liberal arts; preferred majors include (but are not limited to) English, History, Psychology, Media Studies, and Business.
- A confident communicator with exemplary written and spoken skills.
- An empathetic person, capable of listening and counselling thoughtfully.
- A creative mind, with experience developing cohesive narratives and conducting in-depth research.
- An entrepreneurial spirit; the ability to organise, multitask, set priorities, and take initiative is vital.
