- Foster and strengthen relationships with insurers to maximize business opportunities and maintain operational excellence
- Resolve client escalation queries promptly and efficiently, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Streamline operations for the business teams through the development of efficient processes and workflows
- Drive the conceptualization, design, and launch of innovative insurance products to meet market demands and fuel business growth
- Provide comprehensive support to the claims and KAM teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and guidance to excel in their roles
- Continuously monitor and enhance business processes through the creation of SOPs, optimizing operational efficiency and consistency
