**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about products and services to our international clientele, predominantly from Australia.
- Deliver personalized and professional support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English, with a neutral accent.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
