**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for new hires and existing sales team which should include process training, skills training & sales techniques training
- Assess the training needs of the sales team and create targeted programs to address skill gaps and enhance overall performance.
- Collaborate with management to identify key areas for improvement and update training materials accordingly.
- Stay up to date on residential and commercial project details to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.
- To work with builders to consistently improve new employee training material and procedures.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on various topics, including sales techniques, product knowledge, objection handling, and customer relationship management.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales representatives to improve their sales skills and performance.
- To effectively communicate with the internal management team in regards to challenges and conflicts.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience of minimum 3 years as a Sales Trainer or similar role in industries like real estate, banking, hospitality, aviation, insurance, telecom.
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
- Problem solving skills.

- Proficient in creating and delivering training materials using various tools and platforms.
- Ability to assess training needs, develop effective programs, and measure the impact of training initiatives.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for training sessions or meetings.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
