**Job Summary**:
A role-holder to ensure training completion of all the required training documents and to impart the same to all respective employees in engineering and maintenance
**Responsibilities**:
- To coordinate with people leaders/department heads to prepare and provide the On-the-job training schedule for the new joinees.
- To assign the learning plan for the employees in coordination with the respective people leader.
- To review Organization unit curriculum and update the learning plans periodically.
- To record the instructor led training in each org units in GLMS Successfactor.
- To ensure training copy and assessment received for loading.
- To capture respective employee training on activity based procedure of practical assessments.
- To impart training on SOPs,Formats and awareness training.
- To maintain the JD of respective area employees.
- To ensure and keep tracking until respective employees are not trained on job specific procedure.
- To highlight any discrepancy observed at any of the stage of training.
- To initiate Training Supporting Documents(TSD) and LP curricula, CDS in CDS.
- To maintain online documentation practice.
- To be a team player and collaborate with other departments to get the tasks completed
- Shall always be ready to accept new challenges & multifunctional activities.
- Works as a member of a team to achieve all outcomes.
- Performs all work in support of our Corporate Values of Collaboration, Courage, Perseverance, Passion; Demonstrates strong and visible support of our values.
- Performs all work in accordance with all established regulatory and compliance and safety requirements.
- To be disciplined and perform all other duties assigned to ensure Training credibility is maintained and adhered.
- Whenever required make relevant reports and presentations to support the department.

**Job Requirements**:
- **Education**
- Masters in any discipline
- **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Adequate knowledge and ability to handle training activities.
- In depth knowledge of cGMP practices.
- Coordinate training classes, room set up and meeting instructors.
- Create/schedule courses and manage in GLMS
- Maintaining high data integrity
- Good skills in MS Office.
- Good in Communication skills.
- Flexible to work

- Minimum 2 years
