Key Responsibilities (KRA):
1. Training Coordination:

- Act as a central point of communication between the Business Team, Trainers, and LMS Team.
- Monitor ongoing batches to ensure smooth execution, including attendance tracking and verifying trainer readiness (audio/video setup, timely login).
- Address any on-call issues and ensure uninterrupted sessions.

2. Trainer Sourcing and Onboarding:

- Identify and source trainers for various technologies through platforms like LinkedIn.
- Send connection requests, conduct initial interviews to evaluate trainer experience and expertise.
- Edit and refine trainer profiles and training content, including the Table of Contents (ToC).

3. LMS Management:

- Create and manage LMS batches for new and ongoing training programs.
- Track attendance, progress, and overall batch performance.

4. Documentation and Content Management:

- Edit and refine training materials, trainer profiles, and other relevant documents.
- Collaborate with the LMS team for content uploads and updates.

5. Communication and Coordination:

- Maintain transparent and timely communication with the Business Team.
- Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for tasks and deliverables.
Key Skills and Requirements:

- Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint for editing and documentation.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet TAT requirements.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn for sourcing and networking with trainers.
- Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
