Your responsibilities- Ensure that all projects are financially controlled before month end close. No booking mistakes- Backlog reporting: Ensure that all projects are updated with latest delivery forecast from supply chain (system approach with only manual intervention in special cases)- Complete” OrderFlow” file for each entity reconciled with HFM (same format for all- Create orders: Make sure all requirements are fulfilled for order initiation.- Close of projects: Make sure all requirements are met and manage provisions.- Monitor use of warranty provisions and report on risk of overspending as well as potential hard close release.- Monitor project progress: Review of project ACT against latest FC at cost line level. Adjust FC / contingency in dialogue with PM when needed.- Provide explanations to Business Partners for largest project deviations in month.- Send project update to PM. Meet with PM to review project progress and risk register.- Follow up and drive action points from project meetings.- Update and Review baseload portfolio dashboard and investigate orders with unexpected movements in the month. Document findings and drive improvement with relevant stakeholders- Rolling Forecast: Detailed project review including estimation backlog conversion monthly next 24 months. Including project NWC forecasting. Make sure data is structure for RF upload and reporting.

What you bring
- You have min. 8-10+ years of proven experience in project controlling
- Excellent English communication skills - both in writing and in speaking
- You hold a master’s degree in Accounting & finance, CA / ICWA Inter, MBA or equivalent.
- You should be a good team player.
- You are characterized as a strong analytical hands-on-person and thrive with multiple tasks and challenges at hand.
- Excellent skills in Excel. Experience from working with business intelligence systems is an advantage.
- Technical skills - Oracle, HFM, One stream.
- You enjoy collaborating with colleagues around the world
- Experience from a Global multinational company is a plus
- Global exposure will be Needed
- Ability to indirectly lead and influence the team and the organization with integrity, respect, and a service mindset
