**Job Description**:

- Activity-:
1. Identify potential supplier, visiting existing suppliers, building and maintaining good relationship with them.

2. Negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress
- checking the quality of service provided

3. Ensure supplier are aware of Business objectives

4. Perform general and program specific clerical functions (e.g. answering the telephones, releasing purchase orders, scheduling, copying, scanning etc) for the purpose of supporting departmental activities.

5. Process requisition into Purchase request to Purchase orders.

6. Factory Visit as per needs.

Job Details
- 1. Liaisoning between suppliers manufacturers relevant internal departments and vendors

2. Plan and coordinate administrative procedure, system and deliver ways to streamline the process.

3. Manage schedules and deadline & intervene in case were task is pending

4. Inform other staff/concerns and vendors regarding procedural requirements (e.g ordering and purchasing procedures, available funds, etc)

5. Maintain purchase documents, files and records e.g. purchase requisition / request for proposal, vendor files etc.

6. Participating in meetings, in service training, workshops etc. for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform job functions.

7. Reviews documents and data (e.g incoming requisitions, past purchases, recompilations, inventories etc) for the purpose of ensuring completeness and accuracy of purchasing process.

8. Monthly vendor analysis report monthly. (receipt of material on time, rejection, etc. as per schedule given) monitoring day to day requirement of the factories.

9. Rejection data analysis received from quality and disposal of scrap.

10. Accounts A/P Entries

11. VLOOKUP formulas

Reports-:
1. Monthly KPI, Objectives.

2. MCM reports.

3. New vendor development.

Working Time & days - 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM | Saturday & Sunday off (5 days working)
