- Administrative experience of SAP Business Objects BI 4.x Enterprise
- Good understanding of Installing, configuring, updating and managing multi-node cluster
- Monitor, communicate and troubleshoot issues at Server Infrastructure level
- Must have experience on User/Group security setup
- Perform routine program modifications, performance tuning, problem solving, debugging, and unit testing. Respond quickly to alerts.
- Work together with cross-functional and technical teams to provide advice and information to global groups and serve as an advocate to promote the benefits of the platform.
- Implement and document processes and standards
- Ability to debug Business Objects Server errors and implement fixes and patches.
- Administrative experience of other business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview
