We are seeking an experienced Power BI Administrator to manage and support our Power BI environment, with a particular focus on on-premises data gateway administration. The ideal candidate will ensure secure, efficient, and scalable data access across the organization while maintaining governance and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Power BI Service Administration:

    Manage Power BI tenant settings, workspace access, and user permissions.

  • Monitor usage, performance, and capacity planning.

  • Support deployment pipelines and lifecycle management of reports and dashboards.

  • Gateway Administration:

  • Configure and maintain Power BI On-premises Data Gateways.

  • Build new gateway clusters, including primary and clustered nodes.
  • Set up and patch Windows servers for gateway compatibility.
  • Install drivers and certificates (ODBC, Oracle, SAP HANA, PostgreSQL, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues, including proxy and firewall configurations.
  • Migrate connections from single to multi-cluster deployments.
  • Maintain documentation for gateway and connection management.
