**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**

**Business Objects Administration**
- Primary Skill:

- Report Development Webi, Design Studio and Lumira, SAC ( SAP Analytics Cloud)
- Project Management skills leading Analytics Projects
- BOBJ Administration (User Security, Promotion, backup, Authentication Maintenance)
- Proficient in Webi, Design Studio and Lumira reporting considering Desktop and mobile
- Creating report schedule, publications, Promotion management
- Secondary Skill:

- Installation/Deployment/Upgrade, Performance tuning, APS Splitting
- Data Services administration
- BOBJ Administration
- Follow Manager's guidance and perform required actions in the areas of self-development and utilization
- Perform tasks as required by the Project Manager on the assigned projects
- Formulate and track work plans and delivery milestones in line with client expectations. Continually report progress as required
- Act as a trusted advisor/technical architect to the customer
- Ready to travel for assignments Primarily in India hub and on rotations across EMEA, US, LA zone (short term and long term) (up to 100% of working time)
- Willingness and availability to learn new solutions and technologies

**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- At least 8 years of experience (with at least 5 years of total IT experience) in BI/BO domain of SAP
- Experience with SAP BoBj Web Intelligence, SAP Data Services, warehousing concepts.
- A good exposure as Technical Lead and Project Lead for reporting.
- Knowhow on SAP Analytics Cloud Experience ( SAC) is must and any relevant delivery experience is preferred.
- SAP BW, Data warehousing relevant experience is expected
- Knowledge of data warehousing, tables, and structures (star schema, dimensions, master data)
- Experience in creating, modifying, loading and troubleshooting BW Master Data, BW Infoprovider

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- SAP curriculum for Business Objects, Client tools for consultants or equivalent
- Hands-on experience working with SAP BW/BI tools, focusing on Extraction, Transformation, and Loading of Data (ETL)
- Experience in Performance tuning, Technical reviews and Audits for SAP BI
- Provide coaching to junior consultants and act as a mentor for their professional development
- Continually develop SAP solution core skills and business knowledge based on accumulated experience
- Good communication project management skills and exposure to quality process frameworks
- Experience in communication with customers and managing expectations
- Proactive in learning and highly self-motivated
- Good team player and ability to lead a team (distributed) on projects
- Flexibility to travel is a must.
