**Our Current Requirement: Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist Professionals**

The Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist is a strategic enabler supporting sales and marketing leadership and staff. The specialist utilizes the required tools and provides support for sales and marketing to perform their job efficiently and successfully. The specialist will also provide analytical data so that the Sales and Marketing leadership can make informed decisions.
**Overview**:

- 3 + years of experience required in managing SAP Analytical/Reporting work streams for large complex legacy systems for various industry sectors
- Responsible for the successful delivery of functional and technical components of planning, budgeting and forecasting solutions using SAC Planning.
- Develop & Support the setup and development of an overall SAC governance model to position the solution for future reporting and analytics operations and enhancements.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional team to develop an integrated SAC solution to support business processes and project deliverables with an emphasis on quality, productivity, and consistency
- At least 1 full implementation of Planning, Forecasting BI, and Predictive Analytics using SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Strong experience in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning areas.
- Experience with designing and building SAC planning, forecasting, forecast adjustments and integrating generated forecasts with upstream processes, reports, and dashboards to support critical business KPIs
- Expertise / Knowledge of SAC predictive capabilities, forecasting, Smart Assist, Smart Predict, Smart Discovery, creating story canvasses, advanced story designing, blending data, formulas, cross calculations, input controls, linked analysis.
- Experience in data modeling and preparing datasets, merging, appending, custom hierarchies, custom calculations, groupings, formatting values, data wrangling, dimensions and measures
- Experience creating stories canvas, responsive, grid, Smart Discovery, advanced story designing blending data, formulas, cross calculations, input controls, linked analysis
- Experience creating visualizations and their usage charts, tables, maps, filters, drop-down menus, hiding functions, interactive objects, pictures
- Familiarity with SAC as a planning tool, creating planning data models and working with categories actual, budget, planning, forecast, and rolling forecast
- Knowledge of C4C is added advantage
- Working Knowledge of any Contract Life Cycle management is also added advantage
