**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**

**Business Objects Administration**

Primary Skill:

- Ability to perform Project on BI Platform upgrade, Installation and deployment for BI platform and hybrid landscapes along with SAC.
- Ability to approach and architect Hybrid landscape needs with multiple integration possibility with SAP and non-SAP landscape
- Understanding and deployment experience in SSO, Authorization, security around BI landscape.
- Understanding and experience on SAP Business Objects Enterprise, SAP Analytics Cloud
- SAP Business Objects administration (User Security, Authentication and Authorization)
- Installation/Deployment/Upgrade, Performance tuning, APS Splitting
- BOBJ Administration (User Security, Promotion, backup, Authentication Maintenance)
- Report Development on SAP Business Objects Enterprise Tools (Lumira, Web Intelligence, Crystal, Analysis Office) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC Story, Digital Boardroom, Analytics Designer)
- Leading Analytics strategy Workshops and solutioning for customers

Secondary Skill:

- SAP Data Services
- Overview on SAP BW and HANA
- Project Management for end to end implementation of SAP Analytics
- Developing Analytics strategy, advising customer on Analytics roadmap, by bringing in the Industry Best practices for Analytics and Visualization using SAP’s Analytics suite of products”.
- Conducting customer workshops for Scoping and Requirement gathering for the projects

**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- At least 5 - 8 years of experience (with at least 5 years of total IT experience) in BI/BO domain of SAP
- Experience in BI Platform, Lumira Server
- Installation, Administration, migration, performance, analysis and troubleshooting must be experienced and delivered as experience work set.
- Experience on BI SDK, Webi, mobile deployment, SAP Data Services, warehousing concepts, Hana is welcome.
- A good exposure as Technical Lead and Project Lead for reporting.
- SAP BW, Data warehousing relevant experience is expected

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- SAP curriculum for Business Objects, Client tools for consultants or equivalent
- Experience in Performance tuning, Technical reviews and Audits for SAP BI
- Continually develop SAP solution core skills and business knowledge based on accumulated experience
- Good communication project management skills and exposure to quality process frameworks
- Experience in communication with customers and managing expectations
- Proactive in learning and highly self-motivated
- Good team player and ability to lead a team (distributed) on projects
- Flexibility to travel is a must.
