**Location: Chamrajpet**

**Timing / Shift: 10:30 Am to 7:30 Pm**

**Qualification (Min & Max): Graduate**

**Experience (Min & Max): 5 Years to 7 years**

**Language: Kannada, English, Hindi**

- **Generating reports and summaries based on collected data as needed.**
- **Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient data management and sharing.**
- **Adhering to deadlines and completing tasks in a timely manner.**
- **Following data entry standards and best practices to maintain quality and consistency.**
- **Continuously seeking opportunities to improve data entry processes and workflows.**
- **Record entries for sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions in Tally.**:

- **Record entries for sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions.**:

- **Reconcile Bank Statements, ledgers and other financial records in tally to ensure accuracy**:

- **Organize and maintain accounting records and documents in Tally software**:

- **Following up with vendor for purchase bill receivable**
- **Generating the Credit and debit notes**

**Required Knowledge**:

- **Proficiency in typing and data entry skills with high accuracy and speed.**
- **Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in data.**
- **Familiarity with data management software, spreadsheets, and database systems (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, SQL databases, tally ).**
- **Basic understanding of data confidentiality and security principles.**
- **Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.**
- **Good communication skills, both written and verbal.**
- **Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment.**
- **Prior experience in data entry or related fields may be preferred but not always required.**
- **High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related fields may be advantageous.ssss**
