**Job Title: Data Entry Operator-E-Bus Project**

**Location**: Shanti Nagar Depot, Bangalore

**Job Type**: Full-time, on-site

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team at Shanti Nagar Depot in Bangalore. The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately inputting data related to buses, drivers, routes, and shift times into our software system, Excel sheets, and Google Sheets. The primary goal of this role is to ensure real-time data entry to facilitate the generation of Management Information System (MIS) reports.

**Responsibilities**:

- Input data accurately and efficiently into the designated software system, Excel sheets, and Google Sheets.
- Update and maintain databases with the latest information regarding buses, drivers, routes, and shift schedules.
- Verify the accuracy of data before entry and correct any errors promptly.
- Generate and distribute reports based on the entered data as per the requirements.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to data entry and information management.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on software and data entry techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to work on-site at Shanti Nagar Depot in Bangalore.
- Basic knowledge of MIS reporting and data management concepts is a plus.
