**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Service and Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth for the company. Your primary responsibilities will involve providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and concerns, and actively promoting products or services to meet sales targets. You will serve as a liaison between customers and the company, ensuring a positive experience at every interaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor while communicating with customers, building rapport and trust.
- **Sales and Upselling**:
- Actively promote products or services to customers, leveraging knowledge of offerings to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of products or services and persuading customers to make purchases.
- Utilize sales techniques such as active listening, objection handling, and closing strategies to drive revenue generation.
- **Problem Resolution**:
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or management for resolution, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed effectively.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, using CRM software or other tracking systems.
- Generate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and trends, providing insights to management for decision-making purposes.
- **Product Knowledge and Training**:
- Stay updated on product features, specifications, and promotions to effectively communicate information to customers and assist with their purchasing decisions.
- Participate in training sessions or product knowledge sessions to enhance understanding of offerings and improve sales effectiveness.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and logistics to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.
- Share best practices and insights with colleagues to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service and sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to engage and persuade customers.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency in CRM software or other customer management systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new products or technologies.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term customer relationships.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
