**Your role in our mission**:
The job requires a basic understanding of various finance departments and experience in finance is preferred but not mandatory. Individuals with excellent customer service skills, communications skills, sense of urgency/responsiveness with past experience in customer service is needed.
**Essential Job Functions**
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the system queue.
- Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action.
- Answer customer questions and offer them access to helpful resources.
- Research questions using available information resources.
- Direct questions to the right department when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and recurring user problems.
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
- Inform management of recurring problems.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure any problems are resolved.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years Prior experience in Customer Service
- Experience working in finance departments is preferred.
- Working knowledge of fundamental operations of all Finance Departments (AP, AR, Payroll, Tax, Treasury, Budgeting, ect.) prefrerred
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills
