About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and guest-focused
Concierge
to join our team. As the first touchpoint for guests post-booking, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication, premium service, and memorable stays. The role is
remote-first
but will require
occasional travel
to properties for service quality checks, vendor coordination, or guest experience needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the
primary contact
for guests post-booking — handling queries, special requests, and check-in/check-out coordination. - Deliver
seamless guest experiences
, ensuring all needs are anticipated and addressed promptly. - Upsell
transport, activities, and curated add-ons
to enhance guest stays. - Partner with
vendors and B2B agencies
for bookings, services, and tie-ups. - Coordinate handovers with
sales and operations teams
, ensuring smooth execution. - Gather guest feedback, resolve complaints, and maintain a
high NPS (Net Promoter Score)
. - Travel when required for property inspections, vendor coordination, or guest interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, upsells, and services delivered.
Who We're Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills — warm, approachable, and solution-oriented.
- Prior experience in
hospitality, travel, guest relations, or customer service
is preferred. - Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in
upselling and cross-selling
. - Ability to work independently in a
remote-first setup
while managing multiple priorities. - Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp Business, Excel, email).
