**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Finance Executive** with 1-2 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will play an integral role in ensuring accurate financial analysis and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. **Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Reconcile accounts and monitor financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Assist in managing accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial operations.
- Maintain documentation for audits and financial reviews.
- Identify and support process improvements in finance operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and financial software (e.g., Zoho ERP System).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
