**Job summary**:
Are you ready to dive into the heart of finance in a tech-driven environment? We're seeking a Finance Executive who's passionate about numbers, analysis, and strategic financial planning. In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind our financial operations, steering us towards sustainable growth and success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Craft financial forecasts and budgets that pave the way for our organization's sustainable and profitable growth.
- Unravel the financial data with your analytical prowess, providing actionable insights to each department to grow profitably.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports that tell the story of our financial journey and present the hits and misses to the board.
- Keep a watchful eye on our financial performance, planning budgets, holding expenses, spotting trends, and highlighting opportunities for improvement.
- Work with teams and third-party companies to ensure Marmeto complies with all regulations and standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certifications (CPA, CFA) are a plus
- Have expertise in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies
- 2+ years of experience in the world of finance, preferably in a tech-savvy environment.
- Should have experience using platforms like Zoho Books and Tally.
- You're a communication maestro, translating complex financial jargon into easy-to-understand language for everyone.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
