The Finance Executive will oversee the financial operations, planning, and budgeting processes specific to the IVF and healthcare services at Dr. Kamini Rao Hospital. This role requires in-depth financial expertise in the healthcare sector, with a focus on IVF operations, to ensure the financial health and growth of the hospital through strategic planning, cost management, and financial reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts specific to IVF services and overall hospital operations.
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including billing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and revenue cycle management for IVF treatments.
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling for IVF and healthcare services to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance profitability.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management, highlighting key financial metrics and IVF-related financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and manage audits, particularly those related to IVF billing and insurance claims.
- Collaborate with the IVF department to monitor treatment costs, optimize pricing strategies, and ensure the cost-efficiency of services.
- Analyze market trends in the IVF industry and healthcare finance to guide investment decisions, improve service profitability, and expand the hospital's IVF offerings.
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard assets and manage financial risks.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance on budgeting, financial reporting, and healthcare compliance.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial management within the healthcare sector, with a specialization in IVF or reproductive medicine.
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare financial regulations, insurance processes, and IVF billing practices.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis.
