**Role Overview**

The **Finance Executive** will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate records, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and a proactive approach to financial management in a dynamic startup environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage **accounts payable and receivable**, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain **daily accounting entries** in Tally/ERP/finance software.
- Assist in **budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis**.
- Prepare **MIS reports, financial statements, and cash flow analysis**.
- Support **monthly/quarterly closing** and coordination with auditors.
- Ensure compliance with **GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations**.
- Monitor **inventory costing, expense tracking, and financial controls**.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Operations, Marketing) for financial clarity.
- Assist management in strategic decision-making with timely financial insights.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Commerce, Finance, or Accounting**.
- **2-4 years** of experience in finance/accounts (experience in F&B/retail/startup is a plus).
- Proficiency in **Tally ERP, Excel, and financial reporting tools**.
- Strong understanding of **GST, TDS, and statutory compliance**.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a **fast-paced startup** environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
