**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, implementation, and management of scalable, high-performance data centre architectures.
- Develop comprehensive data centre strategies, including physical and virtual infrastructure design, network configuration, and disaster recovery.
- Design and implement network, storage, compute, and power systems for new and existing data centres.
- Evaluate and recommend the latest technologies, ensuring the data centre architecture meets the needs of the business, including capacity planning and future scalability.
- Oversee the integration of cloud services, virtualization technologies, and hybrid cloud architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including network engineers, system administrators, and business leaders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Manage data centre migrations, expansions, and upgrades with mínimal disruption.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **10+ years** of experience in designing, managing, and optimizing data centre operations.
- Strong expertise in data centre **infrastructure**, including **networking**, **storage**, **compute**, and **power systems**.
- Hands-on experience with **virtualization technologies** (VMware, Hyper-V), **cloud computing** (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and **hybrid cloud** architectures.
- In-depth knowledge of **data centre design principles**, including power and cooling, space management, and network configurations.
- Proficiency in **networking** protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, etc.), **firewalls**, **load balancing**, and **security** protocols.
