Perform as Lead Electrical Designer, Expertise with the Design of “Airports & Hangar Maintenance shops, Metro Rails & Maintenance Depots, Convention and Exhibition Halls, IT Parks, Tall Buildings, Datacentre, Hospitals & Stadium design” based on Globally / Nationally accepted Codes and Standards.
- Read and understand the Electrical Technical Specification, Design Basis Report, Technical Report, BOQ, Single Line Diagram (SLD), Substation layout, Battery & UPS layout, MV & LV DG room layout and implementing the Electrical regulations during the project design.
- Perform Design of Air Insulated Switchgear / Gas Insulated Switchgear / Substation of all levels of voltage.
- Coordinate with Tender team by verifying the contract requirement and providing accurate Tender BOQ.
- Skilled in Electrical Load Estimation, Transformer & DG sizing Calculation, APFC Calculation, Breaker Sizing Calculation, UPS & Battery Sizing Calculation, HT and LT Cable Sizing Calculation, Voltage Drop Calculation, Preparation of Power and Control Cable Schedules, Lightning Protection Calculation, Earthing Calculation, Duct Bank & Cable Trench calculation, Cable Tray and Trunking Calculation, Arc Flash Hazard Calculation, Internal & External Lighting Calculation using DIALux Software.
- Earth Mat, Load Flow, Short Circuit, Relay Coordination & Harmonic Analysis using ETAP software.
- Perform all MEP design activities and coordinate with Architect, Structure, ELV systems, Public Heath, Piping, Fire Fighting and HVAC Engineering to ensure quality compliance in accordance with client & owner expectations in most economical manner.
- Responsible for review and check the vendor drawings for various equipment’s like AIS, GIS, HT Panels, Power & Distribution Transformers, HT & LT DG, LT Panels, UPS, Busduct, Rising Main, Light Fixtures, Solar Panels, Trays, Trunking, Conduits, Power Sockets, Wires, Cables and Subcontractor shop drawings.
- Responsible for Inspecting Electrical Equipment’s in Factory & Site.
- Obtain all approvals from Stack holders - Clients, Client representative, Consultant, Approval authorities.
- Visiting project sites for verifying and resolving all design related issues with sites.
- Should be well versed with all software’s and use various digital tools.

**Work Experience**:

- Work Experience must be minimum 5 years in the above job description.

**Education Qualification (First class)**:

- Graduate BE or B. Tech / Post Graduate ME or M. Tech in Electrical Stream.
- Power System Qualification will be an added advantage.
