**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Mainly the sales will be of project sales.

**Customer Engagement**:Greet and assist customers as they enter the store/showroom.
Provide product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations.
Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

**Sales**:Actively promote and sell company products or services.
Use product knowledge to explain features, advantages, and benefits to customers.
Suggest upsell or cross-sell opportunities to maximize sales revenue.
Handle customer objections and concerns effectively to close sales.

**Customer Service**:Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist with returns, exchanges, and warranty claims as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized sales environment.

**Product Knowledge**:Stay updated on product/service offerings, pricing, and promotions.
Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

**Sales Records and Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

**Merchandising**:Assist with arranging and displaying products to maximize their appeal.
Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the management team.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
