**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, including the Digital Marketing Head, Content Writer, SEO Strategists, and Social Media Executives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Product, and Design, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Implement innovative marketing tactics to enhance brand presence and engagement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a CMO or in a similar senior marketing leadership role.
- Strong strategic thinking and vision for marketing initiatives.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
- Experience in a relevant industry or sector (e.g., technology, e-commerce, consumer goods).
