**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the company’s technology strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
- Guide the development of new products and services, ensuring technological innovation and competitiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the technology team, including developers, testers, and IT support staff.
- Ensure the security of the company’s data and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage the technology budget, including investments in new technologies and cost control.
- Establish and maintain relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
- Monitor the performance of technology systems and make improvements as necessary.
- Implement metrics and KPIs to track technology performance and efficiency.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar senior technology leadership role.
- Strong strategic thinking and vision for technology innovation.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and product management.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control.
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Certification in relevant technology and management areas (e.g., CISSP, PMP, ITIL).
