Designation : Commercial Executive / Officer or Commercial Tendering Engineer/Sales Engineer
Educational Qualification : Any/BE Mechancial / Electrical / Electronics
Graduate of any Discipline can also be accepted with below Experience.
Required Skills : He should have good knowledge of making Quotations / Proposals or filing Tenders. He should have good Discussion skills with Customers to get the Purchase Orders through. He should be Fluent in Marathi, Hindi and English Language with Good Communications Skill He should have Knowledge of Computers with hands on Experience of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Primary Responsibilities : Prepare Quotations / Proposals, Invoice, Sales analysis and Area wise monitoring. Excellent Negotiation skills with Customers, Order Confirmation Targets. Preparing Invoices, Sales Data sheet with Analysis Basic knowledge in CRM. Coordinate with customer through mails & telephone Coordinating with Sales and Project Execution team Data entry Assist the management for the preparation of weekly & Monthly ISO documentations.
Working experience in MSOffice/excel/ppt....etc. Good in English, Letter writing & customer interactions.
