**Purchase Executive / Purchase Engineer required**

1. **BE/B.tech/Bsc(Mechanical/Maths)**
2. Minimum **4years'** work experience in similar field, industrial background is an advantage.
3. Good command of English in both writing and oral.
4. Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of an ERP is an added advantage.

Raise PO/MO and follow-up with supplier for timely delivery
2. Discuss with supplier for rejection and new lot to avoid line loss
3. Timely issuance of Debit notes to suppliers in case of rejection, short supplies and incorrect prices on invoice
4. Setting up weekly, monthly and quarterly procurement plan
5. Generating monthly Purchase Data (DP report)
6. Involvement in development of alternate local source for import articles and vice-versa to improve profitability
7. Seek knowledge of Jeeves
8. Seek approvals from Dept. Head as per said terms
9. Work on enquiries on daily basis
10. Resolve finance related issues of suppliers
11. Cross check GRIR for correct inward qty. and price, as per the PO
12. Approval of checklists w.r.t the required docs + signature from higher authorities
13. Working on Obsolete articles to consume them by conversion
14. Healthy communication with intra departments
15. Learning 2 new skills every year
16. Negotiations with the supplier for better payment terms, delivery terms & pricing
17. Visit suppliers as & when required for follow up and other issues
18. To follow daily purchase routines
19. To see that DPO & DIO fig. are in line with the budget (As per the guidelines received from Management)
