**Responsibilities**:

- **Prospect Identification**: Conduct thorough online research using various tools (e.g., industry databases, online directories, social media platforms, company websites, import/export data websites) to identify potential international buyers for our products.
- **Data Collection & Management**: Accurately collect and organize information on potential leads, including company profiles, contact details, industry, and potential needs, in our database.
- **Market Research**: Assist in researching target markets, analyzing industry trends, and identifying potential opportunities for export growth.
- **Lead Qualification**: Develop initial criteria to qualify potential leads based on factors such as company size, industry relevance, market presence, and potential purchase volume.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, including the number of prospects identified, sources used, and initial qualification status. Contribute to tracking the effectiveness of sales collateral.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share findings, contribute to the overall export strategy, and ensure sales collateral aligns with marketing efforts.
- **Other tasks**: Making sales calls to the potential buyers.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills with proficiency in using online search engines and databases.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- Creativity and an eye for design in developing marketing materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to tasks.
- Interest in international trade and global markets.
- Familiarity with online marketing tools is a plus.

**Stipend**: Rs 4000 per month
