We're expanding our digital lead generation vertical for U.S.-based clients and seeking a data-driven, high-conversion email marketing expert who can turn cold lists into hot prospects.

Role Overview

We're looking for a strategic and execution-focused Email Marketing Expert to generate qualified B2B leads from the U.S. market. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns to achieve monthly lead-generation targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns focused on U.S. B2B audiences.
  • Use automation tools (like HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or Mailchimp) for segmentation, drip campaigns, and analytics.
  • Create high-converting email sequences, subject lines, and CTAs.
  • Analyze open rates, CTR, and conversion data to continually improve performance.
  • Manage and maintain email databases with 100% compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing and sales teams to ensure leads are nurtured effectively.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly lead-generation and conversion targets.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in B2B email marketing and lead generation (preferably U.S. market).
  • Proven success in hitting or exceeding monthly lead targets.
  • Expertise in email marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability, A/B testing, and CRM workflows.
  • Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
