**Title**: Co-Founder - Export Business (Energy, Coal, Heavy Metals & Minerals)

**Company Overview**:
We are launching a large-scale export business focused on energy, coal, and heavy metals & minerals from India. With a vision to become a key player in global trade, we are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial **Co-Founder** to join and help scale this venture. This is a unique opportunity to build an international trading business with mínimal initial investment but high growth potential.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sourcing and trading strategies to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
- Negotiate contracts, handle compliance, and manage risk assessment in international trade.
- Collaborate on business development, financing strategies, and global expansion plans.
- Stay updated on market trends, export regulations, and geopolitical factors affecting trade.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- An ambitious, entrepreneurial individual with a strong interest in international trade.
- Experience in exports, commodities trading, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and business development skills.
- Ability to navigate regulatory and financial aspects of cross-border transactions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a problem-solving mindset.
