**Job Title: Outreach Intern**

**What you will do at Sperta**:

- Engage with prospective students via outbound calls, providing information on courses and programs.
- Schedule virtual consultations between students and academic advisors to discuss program details.
- Follow-up with students, answering questions and ensuring they stay engaged in the enrollment process.
- Assist students in setting up virtual meetings and guide them through documentation, visa process and next steps.
- Maintain up-to-date records of communications.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Management or any other related field.
- Strong communication skills, professional approach and politeness to build relationships with prospective students.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom for virtual meetings.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
- Goal-driven with a proactive mindset to meet targets.
- Problem-solver who can provide effective solutions to student inquiries.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus. (Freshers are also welcome - we just want passion for interaction.)
