The/Nudge is an action institute working towards a poverty-free India, within our lifetime. We partner with governments, markets, and civil society to build resilient livelihoods for all. We are a collective of some of India’s best leaders and entrepreneurs from across the industry, academia, government, and development sectors and our work is organized across three impact streams:
Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): exists to enable urban households to live a dignified life out of poverty-
- Centre for Rural Development (CRD): exists to enable families to come out of extreme poverty-
- Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): exists to build a thriving livelihoods ecosystem**About the role**

This role is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a new intrapreneurial venture focused on helping urban street vendors grow their business and live a dignified life out of poverty. Come build for millions of Indians while working with leaders and entrepreneurs working towards a poverty-free India.

In this role, you will:
Be part of a small team that will go on a 0 to 1 journey together-
- Design and execute research studies and field experiments to test product hypotheses-
- Manage product partnerships with other organizations (non-profit/ for-profit/ government)-
- Build business plan and other collateral for internal and external stakeholders-
- Measure success through designing metrics, data collection, and analysis-
- Own the secondary research beyond experiments to answer key product strategy and design questions-
- Contribute to team brainstorming sessions for product decision-making and roadmap by providing quantitative/qualitative data analysis and insights-
- Be the early team member who goes beyond job descriptions-
6+ years of work experience with a track record for high performance in product management, strategy and operations, management consulting, investment banking, tech startups-
- first principles thinking and love for problem solving-
- comfort with 0 to 1 journey (fast paced, ambiguous startup environment that requires hustle, hard work, bias for action, learning new things fast, figuring things out on your own, comfort with fluid role and responsibilities)-
- strong analytical and executive communication skills-
- passion and hunger for solving social problems using technology (deep tech and programming expertise not required)-
- high learnability and growth mindset-
- ability to collaborate well cross-functionally with people across experience levels and different backgrounds-
