Title - Principal Product Strategy

**Job Description**:
Sabre Travel Solutions seeks a highly capable Technical Product Managers (TPMs) in APAC Commercial & Services organization. TPM will work closely with Product Manager / Product Owner to outline and lead India market requirements, prioritize product roadmap with necessary justification for the need, turning business requirements into value-added capabilities. The role is focused on fulfilling the market product portfolio & end-to-end solutioning including air content & aggregator, hotels, online booking tool, mid-back-office solution and also leisure booking tool. The role requires working closely with Engineering & Product Management team, Commercial team and Customers to drive product differentiation and alignment with India Growth objectives/roadmaps. Builds a business case for Sabre to make necessary investments in delivering the solution, and shares learnings on customer/market needs with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities / Job Description

Business Landscape Assessment
- Understand and documents the current state of market with focus on addressing the need with product differentiation (technical and operational)
- Creates a solution architecture document as to how Sabre products / partner solutions can address market needs
- Demonstrates/ Quantifies the value of the solution
- Create business plan

Technical Product Assessment
- Performs technical needs evaluation for market/ customers
- Defines end-to-end product vision and strategy in alignment with the project
- Influence the product roadmap based on project requirements and prioritization
- Proactively identify gaps and opportunities to optimize current processes, initiatives, team performance
- Perform end-to-end to testing for successful market delivery

Building Business Case
- Creates business case for Sabre to invest in products and third-party integrations as necessary

Product/Solution Feedback
- Provides input to product owners on customer/marketplace needs for solution roadmap development based on customer feedback and competitive solution analysis.

Profile and Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as TPM, Business Analyst or Product Owner
- Proven experience in travel industry, including E2E workflow & common operations knowledge
- Good understanding of APIs as a product
- Familiarity with systems architecture, UI, or Cloud enablement will be helpful
- Ability to connect with a variety of audiences at all levels within and outside Sabre
- Strong communication and listening skills internal and external
- Creative individual with strong analytical and solution-oriented skills
- Executive presentation skills
- Have proven knowledge of MS tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Team player with experience of working with different cultures in a global environment
- Be able to lead in a matrix organization and virtually distributed team
- Project Management experience will be a plus
