**Job Description - Telecaller**
**Position**: Telecaller
**Experience Required**: 6 months - 2 years
**Education Qualification**: Diploma/Graduate from CIPET
**Location**: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle outbound/inbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
- Generate leads, maintain customer database, and follow up regularly.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to company call scripts & policies.
- Provide feedback and contribute to process improvement.
**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Gujarati
- English communication skills must.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Strong listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
**Educational background from CIPET, with good technical understanding for product explanation (if related to plastics/polymer industry).**
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
