Issuing Experience & Relieving letters.
- **Employee Relation**
Handling Employee Grievance related & Discipline related activity.
Responsible for Employee Probation and confirmation & Transfer related process.
Helping Employees issues related, Leave, Attendance Policy etc.
Handling all the queries of employees, related to Salary, Leaves, Attendance and Transfer etc.
To explain the various policies, strategies and benefits of employees.
Motivate the employees & resolving employee issue and handling grievances.
- **Time Office & Payroll**:
 Daily Manpower Reports, Verifying the Monthly Attendance & OT, Handling Savior Time Office & Payroll Software, Monthly Payroll Processing, Employees Master.
- **Admin & others**:
 Supervise the Activity of Security, Pantry, Housekeeping Staff.
Verify the Bills of Labour Contractor, Housekeeping, Security, Water Supplier, Tea Vendor.
Full & Final Settlement of Employees.
Travelling Management - Hotel & Cab booking.
Event Management - Celebration of festivals
Printing & Stationery.
Handling Employees Grievances.
Office & Building Maintenance.
General Administration.
