Position - Performance Marketing Associate

Work Location - Thaltej Ahmedabad

Experience - 1 to 2 Years

In this exciting role, you'll work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to execute and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You'll gain valuable experience in paid advertising, social media marketing, and data analysis, helping us achieve key business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to understand target audiences.
- Support the management and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads (50% of time).
- Contribute to the development and implementation of social media strategies (20% of time).
- Manage and monitor social media accounts on various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, Facebook) (20% of time).
- Assist with SEO research and implementation of basic on-page optimization techniques (10% of time).
- Analyze campaign performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate marketing results.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

- 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic marketing principles and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experience with social media marketing platforms and content creation.
- Familiarity with basic paid advertising concepts and platforms (a plus).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics (a plus).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
