**Key Responsibilities**:
**Conduct regular field visits to promote hospital services in local communities, residential societies, schools, and corporate offices.**

**Build and maintain strong relationships with local doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and referral partners.**

**Organize and support eye check-up camps, awareness programs, and health talks.**

**Coordinate with schools, RWAs, corporates, and community groups for outreach activities.**

**Collect leads, patient inquiries, and referrals from on-field activities and ensure follow-up.**

**Distribute promotional materials (brochures, leaflets, banners) effectively in target areas.**

**Track daily field activities and prepare reports for management review.**

**Support brand visibility through local tie-ups, sponsorships, and community engagement.**

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
**Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field (preferred).**

**1-3 years of experience in on-field/hospital/healthcare marketing.**

**Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**

**Ability to travel locally and build networks.**

**Self-motivated with good negotiation and persuasion skills.**

**Knowledge of Noida and surrounding areas will be an advantage.**
